Today in conservatives pretending to be even dumber than they possibly could be in reality, we have a news item about how diplomats and their families are able to access health care for gender dysphoria, dependent on whether the treatment they need is offered by the country where they’re stationed.

This is really too silly to dignify. Yes, conservatives, American diplomats also get evidence-based healthcare. Hot tip for your next article: Airplane pilots, train conductors, and even cab drivers sometimes get these so-called sex changes.
